brows is a cosmetic tatooing technique which creates a soft yet well defined brow.
It emulates the look of powdery brow pencil/make up.The Ombre Brow technique consists of a softer pigment colour at the front of the brow and slowly increases the gradient to produce a darker colour at the tail of the brow.A needle is used to deposit the pigment under the skin.
